Hello mdraihanreza, https://coolufil596.weebly.com/dell-mfp-3115cn-driver-windows-10.html.
Thanks for reaching out on the Apple Support Communities. I see that you're concerned about the quality of the photo you're seeing from the MacBook Pro. If you have a new MacBook Pro, they come with a 720p FaceTime HD camera. This camera provides a good quality picture when there is good lighting. From the photo you provided, this is a low-light situation. You'll see a difference in the photo from your MacBook Pro compared to a photo taken with a new iPhone XS and XS Max which have a 12MP camera on the rear and a 7MP camera on the front. This page will give you specifications about the MacBook Pro camera and more: MacBook Pro - Technical Specifications.
You can run through these troubleshooting steps if you feel there is a specific issue that I'm not seeing from the photo you provided: How to Troubleshoot iSight.
